21 Day one on one Meditation Course

Join me for 21 days of guided, one on one meditation. There is no right or wrong way to do this 21 day course. You only need to sit with you each day. I am guiding, you only need to breathe.

 

WHY 21 Days of One on One Mediation?

Sitting for 21 days at the same time creates a solid habit that can be maintained for life. With my guidance this habit is totally customized to you and what works for you best. We sit at the same time for 30 minutes, the practice starts with some 5 minutes of talking, checking in. The meditation , each day is guided with your intention, set at the beginning of each sit. The meditation will be from 5 to 20 minutes towards the end of the program. At the end of each session we will have 5-10 minutes of debrief if necessary.

 

WHAT is the 21 Day One on One Meditation Program?

This course provides you with a safe container, where you have a date with yourself, I am there to keep you accountable and hold space for you. The meditation practice is based on breath awareness, you will be guided to feel the breath in your body and map any sensations, feelings or particular thoughts that might arise. The practice consists in being present with what comes to be able to take it to your daily life and navigate changes from a steady foundation of connection to the breath and inner calm space. You will have daily journaling prompts to create a space to reflect on your own, and put into paper your insights of the day or intentions and motivations for the meditation to come. All in a vessel of yourself container. You listening and answering to yourself. This course is transformational because of the continuous time you spend listening and feeling your breath, yours sensations on a daily basis. It changes your perspective from the ding to the being as a defining aspect of who you are. After you end this course you will be fully equipped to see and understand more clearly your responses to external factors by being a better listener to your own body, breath and feelings. This course is a coming home to yourself, one day, one meditation, one breath at a time, with me guiding you and with you by your side.
