Getting from 0 to 10 is not as easy as it looks, don´t I know it. I have struggled to build and maintain a daily practice, starting and quitting many times. I´ll guide you in meditation every day for 21 days. This program sets you up, step by step, day by day. This course is for you, to sit with yourself, while I guide you, each day and moment by moment, just in case you drift away and all that chatter of your to-do list kicks in.
